This week we're celebrating Christmas in July. Why? Because since the pandemic started we honestly have no idea what month it is. I can't believe summer started. WHAT? I don't remember Spring. Ingredients
2 (or 3) shots of Honey Jack
2 tablespoons Rosemary infused simple syrup (recipe for that below)
Cranberry Juice... pour on top until it fills most of the glass
Each shave a cinnamon stick or add a small shake to each glass
Garnish with a rosemary sprig

Zest and juice (3 to 4 tablespoons) of 1/2 grapefruit, plus 2 wedges, for garnish
4 ounces white rum
