After you order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, wrapped and shipped (with love of course).  Once we drop off your order the delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.  

Orders are shipped in boxes 19 x 13 x 13, with max of 26 candles per box via UPS. Please allow 1 week for production and shipment unless this is a new or out of season item. 

A Wholesale minimum order quantity is 24 pieces /1 case.  

Please email us regarding store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is issued as a gift card in the amount of the product and does not include shipping fees. 

Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Wax Cabin, order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and third party products.
