Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons superfine sugar
20 fresh mint leaves, plus 2 sprigs, for garnish
Zest and juice (3 to 4 tablespoons) of 1/2 grapefruit, plus 2 wedges, for garnish
4 ounces white rum

Directions:

Throw 10 sprigs of mint into a cold cocktail shaker

Add sugar 

Squeeze your grapefruits in, watch out for seeds

muddle until you smell the mint

pour in your coolest cup with ice and a sprig of mint
